About the event
Monthly Sonder DEI Network Meetings happen on the First Wednesday and Thursday of the month. Both meetings are the same and are designed to be network member-led. The two meeting times allow you to pick which time works best for you and still let the community connect asynchronously.Â
Sonder DEI is a space focused on collective community action where, together, we build new systems that increase accessibility for all.Â
The Network acts much like a potluck in that everyone brings some resources they would like to share (time, talent, or treasure) and collect with other people at that table. And it is through those conversations that you identify what resources you would like to use from the collective to best collaborate with other members or issue topics.Â
Every meeting will have:
- 30 min guest speaker who will teach one practical skill set that can be used by the members
- 30 min of sharing DEI news that is happening in our community
- 30 min of identifying, discussing, and building a tangible action solution that gets us one step closer to systems change
